Principal
Training Program
The Pulliam Group’s Principal (and Assistant Principal)
Training Program (PTP) is designed to increase the achievement
of students through focused leadership. The training includes
a Menu of Services of up to 80 hours of intense training
in an academy setting and can be followed with up to 80 hours
of specific follow-up, coaching, mentoring, and analysis through
practicum training. The program can be tailored to fit individual
state, district and/or school needs.
The strands include:
- Leadership & Support of Student Instructional Programs
- Leadership & Management for Instructional Improvement
- Instructional Technology to Improve Pupil Performance
